How soon do you send my order?

We normally require 1-3 business days to process an order, thereafter we send your item - transit time is then 3-4 business days and is dependant upon the courier company.

So: 1-3 days (process time) + 3-4 days (trasit/courier) = up to 7 workings days MAX

Why does it take so long?

We work from our studio and reside in an outlying area (3.5 hours drive from Cape Town). All our items are kept off site in a storage facility we have to build the times and distances into the processing & delivery time. More often than not the time may be shorter than stated above.

HOWEVER, we quote on WORKING DAYS, so if you order is placed on a week end, or after hours this WILL affect the processing time time.

I am a one woman run business so you can imagine doing all of this yourself, and I appreciate your patience :)

Where do you courier to?

Retrospective delivers throughout South Africa and we are now able to ship internationally too via Courier (only).

Can I collect my order myself?

Currently we do not offer collections as we are not open to the public *Please note we are closed on week ends.

How much does delivery cost?

All of the prices on our website exclude shipping (unless otherwise stated).

Only when you checkout your item you will be able to select your shipping preference, from there the various options will be given. The postage rate is weight based, and is dependent upon the amount and type of items you choose.

International orders are shipped via DHL Option. For international postage the cost is worked out by weight.

*Please note that we do not cover any extra customs/taxes - that is for your own account. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you have selected the courier option, transit time is then 3-4 business days AFTER the funds have cleared into our account, and is dependant upon the courier company.

So: 1-3 days (process time) + 3-4 days (trasit/courier) = up to 7 workings days MAX to get to you.

Once your item has been sent you will get a notification via email.

International orders: Please remember your little parcel is traveling far and can take anywhere between 12 - 15 working days. Delivery time is also dependent upon your countries individual import/customs policies. It is up to you to follow up with your local post office once it has left South Africa.

How do I track my order?

Orders sent via courier may be tracked via the courier web site we provide you upon final fulfillment of your order, and orders sent via the SAPO, may be tracked HERE

We post all our international parcels with a tracking number.

Please note we are closed on week ends.
